Gary and I have been in Perth City for 19 years. During this time we have met an enormous amount of people from around the world who chose to stay at New York on King. For this we are very grateful. We do take personal pride in our business and try extremely hard to please our guests to make their holiday a special one. With the executive staying with us we make sure his visit goes smoothly in his very busy schedule, his laundry is done free of charge, room service is provided, internet is at hand and any other services we can help with. Gary does help out when our guests need to get to their hire cars or catch a ferry to Rottnest, he will drive them free of charge. If there is a special occasion we will do our utmost to participate in making special events memorable by providing that personal touch to set the scene for a honeymoon, a romantic meet up, a special birthday, any event that is worth mentioning to us we will try and provide the backdrop.

New York On King is but 5 minutes walk to the Perth Arena to catch a world class show or on Friday nights cheer for our Wildcats, crossing the road over Wellington Street is the connection to Northbridge where you will find every sort of cuisine, Yagan Square, Heath Ledger Theatre, clubs and bars. At our front door is the renown Varnish Bar where they serve up whisky with bacon, Italian reds and much more. Next door off Queen Street is the new Coles Supermarket and 7 cinema theatre, and then walk 5 minutes into central CBD. In King Street is His Majesty's Theatre and all the international boutiques, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Linneys, Zomp Shoes, the heart of the fashion industry. Spoilt for choices of restaurants, next door is the Old Faithful on one side and Uncle Joes on the other and on the corner is a popular coffee outlet called La Veen. The red, yellow, blue free cat bus service around the city is at our front door in Murray Street. The train and bus service is conveniently placed nearby. The location is well sort after by many tourists as it is in the better part of the city where can be seen men in suits and ladies tastefully dressed in the fashions of King Street.
