Neighbourhood information

This is a beach front property only 30 seconds away from the water's edge. Blue Bay Beach is great for a swim, boogie board , snorkel or surf. On the Mandurah foreshore, there is a skate park, a water park with a pontoon to swim out to with slides running down into the water- a lot of fun for the kids. For the younger kids, Doddi's beach is a nice, safe, sheltered beach just a short stroll away with a children's playground and BBQ's. Bringing a boat, the Mary Street ramp is around the corner with easy access to the Ocean and the Estuary. For the adults, a pleasurable stroll down the beach to the nearby cafe is the perfect way to enjoy your journey for a morning coffee or leisurely lunch.
