Our two bedroom apartment is ideally situated with the iconic Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk on its doorstep, a short stroll to world famous Bondi and family-friendly Bronte Beach. From the living room, watch surfers catch waves and relax as you sit back and listen to the ocean. Enjoy a stay with a view you'll never forget - this is Sydney at its spectacular best. From your living room, you can watch the waves roll in through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. On a warm day, you can open up the windows to create an open air balcony. The two bedroom property features two queen beds and one bathroom with washer/dryer. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, oven and stove with crockery and cutlery provided. Outside, you'll find a shared space with an ocean-facing front lawn and sunbeds as well as an outdoor dining table overlooking the sea (please be careful of trip hazards in the garden). Please ensure you agree to our house rules before making a booking. We have strict house rules - so please do not proceed with the booking unless you agree. This apartment is in a residential area, so please act responsibly and show respect and consideration to our neighbours. 1. No parties, large groups or loud music - our neighbours will inform me, and your booking will be cancelled immediately 2. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 9pm 3. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorised by the host 4. Please do not move the furniture around. Dragging chairs/tables will leave marks and disturb the neighbours 5. Please make sure windows, and balcony bi-fold doors are closed whenever you vacate the apartment. Damage to these windows in the event of ​wind ​gusts will be your expense 6. Smoking is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property, including the yard Violation of these rules will result in your stay being cancelled.
