Our passion is providing great accommodation along the Great Ocean Road for friends, couples or singles looking for that perfect place to stay when escaping their busy lives. We have created Point of View as a place we like staying and we hope you do too.

Point of View Villas 5 self-contained villas, set on the hills overlooking Apollo Bay and the Great Ocean Road. Each villas have a king bed, wood/gas log fire, air-con, tv, double shower, large sunken spa, washing machine/dryer, and a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooktop, oven, full-size fridge, cooking equipment. Nespresso coffee is on hand to keep you caffeinated. The double balcony with your own BBQ and outdoor furniture means you can make the most of the outside space whether cooking a meal or just enjoying some fresh seafood from the local harbour fish shop. Each villa has its own private balcony and car space. Guests may enjoy the gardens and acreage but are asked to respect the privacy of guests in other villas. Villa 1 and 2 have a wood fireplace and step-up spas. Villas 3, 4 and 5 have a gas log fire and sunken spas. All the villas have an uninterrupted view of Apollo Bay. Not suitable for children/infants.

Stop in to the beautiful village of Apollo Bay, set at the foothills of the Otways on the lands of the Eastern Maar People. Hit the waters of the Southern Ocean, wander the coast, and explore petrified rainforests full of waterfalls, ferns and crystal clear streams. When the adventure's done for the day, settle in to enjoy the fruits of the sea caught by local fishers. Coastal country Swim, dive, surf and paddle out in the pristine coastal waters. Take a dip at the beach, climb aboard a surfboard or kayak, and get up close to local seal colonies. Anglers have plenty on offer too, with a deep-sea fishing adventure at the top of the list. For the landlubbers, there are sunset beach rides on horseback, gift shops, galleries and teahouses along with countless culinary delights to choose from. Fishing is an important local industry so seafood is always on the menu at the local cafes and restaurants. For dinner with ocean views, try Chris's at Beacon Point, which sits high in the hills overlooking the sea. Got a taste for fine seafood? Visit in February for the Apollo Bay Seafood Festival. Weekend visitors will love the regular Saturday foreshore market for local crafts, artworks, curios and fresh produce. Ferns and waterfalls Take a drive into the Otways to find mainland Australia's oldest lighthouse. Walk through the nearby rainforest and wander past plunging waterfalls and lush fern gullies. Enjoy an exhilarating ride through the ranges on a mountain bike or take a treetop walk along the Otway Fly and get a bird's eye view of the spectacular Otway Ranges. Spot native wildlife such as glow worms at Melba Gully, go in search of the elusive platypus at serene Lake Elizabeth, or take a walk through nearby Kennett River and watch out for sleepy koalas in the trees.
