It is also a wonderful place to spend a special birthday and or occasion with your love ones, creating memories to last a lifetime! For growing families, it's the perfect place to enjoy quality time in the large pool with a view, or over home cooked meals and or BBQ's while playing a game or two and enjoying the stunning sunset views from the balcony! As you walk out the front door, there's an area on grass dedicated to jumbo size games for children - and or adults to enjoy! You'll also find yoga and meditation equipment (10 mats provided) for those looking for well-being options. The plentiful spaces indoor and outdoors are conducive to all guests enjoying some solo time and or comfortably together. The property has 5 generous bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite, with views of the pool. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen size bed with bush views, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms have two singles beds in each. There are 3.5 bathrooms. Quality hotel linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Guests love the natural light received indoors. It has a breezy and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens up to a large outdoor entertaining space on the undercover deck, with a dining table, bar stools and bench overlooking the pool, rocking chairs to relax in and a BBQ to enjoy!

Just 10-15 minutes drive to Coolum and 25 minutes to Noosa and or Peregian Beach - and the well renowned Yandina Station (popular wedding / events venue), the Yandina Pub and quaint township, Ginger Factory and Spirit House restaurant & cooking school only minutes away. You may see a kangaroo or two passing through on our land, however to see Kangaroo's in abundance and many native and intl wildlife species, you can visit the world famous Australia Zoo, owned and operated by the legendary Irwin family - just a hop and skip away! Our beloved land is surrounded by bush and precious wildlife, so we request that guests be respectful of our neighbours and of the local environment - and wildlife. The house is mostly off-grid. It has solar power and is on rain water. As much as possible, we would like to leave a light carbon footprint and we'd appreciate your help in doing so. Thanking you! :) You are welcome to bring pets, however please be mindful that the property is in a rural - residential area, so your pets when exploring the property will be exposed to the beautiful wildlife of Yandina Creek, so we request that you keep your beloved furry friends on a leash when outside the house. *All pets are to sleep in the large pet house (picture provided in listing), located in the carport area - no pets are aloud inside the house or on the balcony. All guests are to comply with our pet policy, received post booking. Our beloved land is located in a peaceful bush setting with precious wildlife, so we request that guests be respectful of our neighbours with no partying or loud noise and no noise after 10pm in compliance with local regulations.
