There is a comfortable lounge to chill on and surf the net or log into Netflix and watch one of your favourite movies. All facilities provided are good quality, extremely clean and modern. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. Most people say they never want to leave!

I am a very interactive person if that is what you need, but also very respectful of your privacy. I am happy to give you locals tips, information, recommendations and highlights. I endeavour to answer my phone messages very quickly. My husband and I have traveled a lot within Australia. We are quick to pack up our van and investigate what our Peninsula has to offer. We love beaches, boating, eating seafood and believe it or not we both truly love gardening and cleaning! When we are not venturing off ourselves we are happy to interact with you if you wish. Studio 22 is just 4km from the heart of Port Lincoln, the Seafood Capital of Australia. Indulge in our word class seafood, walk along the picturesque foreshore, discover its rich fishing history, and enjoy the wide range of local restaurants, wineries, shops and other local attractions on offer. Within an easy 30 minute drive you can explore the Lincoln and Coffin Bay National Parks with their great walking tracks and picnic areas, access stunning uncrowded beaches, (Fishery Bay, Sleaford Bay, Whalers Way) whale watch during the winter months, or perhaps join an oyster tasting tour in Coffin Bay. Also available in the area are numerous fishing and boat charters, and of course the world famous Great White Shark cage diving experience. There are sheep, chooks and birdlife on our beautiful block. We create a very peaceful, calm and relaxing space for your enjoyment.
