Featuring dual convection ovens, a gas stovetop, coffee machine, and dishwasher, as well as a spacious island bench perfect for casual meals or prepping fresh food for the family. The open plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the huge 12-seater dining table, the perfect setting for large family dinners. The main living area offers 2 couches and a smart TV, with a wood fire placed centrally between the couches and dining table for an abundance of warmth in the winter months. The front living zone offers a comfy place to relax and unwind with a good book, or quiet place to catch up with extended family. The indoor play room is a kid’s haven and features a couch, smart TV and ample toys, books and games. With the welcome addition of the pool & ping pong table (in the garage); the kids will be endlessly entertained during their stay. Two stylish Guest bedrooms feature Queen beds, walk in robes, ceiling fans, desk spaces; and a shared ensuite with shower, dual vanity and w/c. One bedroom has direct access through sliding doors to the backyard. An additional guest bedroom offers 2 single beds and direct access to the enclosed verandah and front yard. Main bathroom offers free-standing bathtub and w/c. The north facing alfresco and pool area are sure to be a highlight of the stay; boasting a fabulous open fireplace, gas BBQ, sink and servery window from the kitchen. The pool will be a beacon on a summer’s day, and the lush lawned area is the perfect spot for kids to frolic. Upstairs: The luxe upstairs adults retreat features a master bedroom with king bed, large walk in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite with rain shower, dual vanity and w/c. Also offered is private lounge area with smart TV. Offers direct access to the front balcony. For those times when work can’t wait, there is a quiet office upstairs.

Sunnysprings is in a superb location in Cape Rise Estate, just a 3 minute drive to Dunsborough Town Centre, or a leisurely 1.8km stroll or ride with the bikes provided at the property. A scenic 4 minute drive will have you exploring the Meelup Regional Park that offers endless beaches for swimming and snorkelling in turquoise blue waters, or casual walks along the infamous Cape to Cape track.
