Swainson on Coombe is a comfortable deco-inspired 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residential house residing in the western Adelaide suburb of Allenby Gardens. This home features beautiful polished Jarrah flooring and an updated fully equipped kitchen with stunning stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher included. The spacious backyard is perfect for family entertaining and rear lane access for vehicles. The quiet front end of the house presents with a master bedroom, next to the formal lounge. The main bathroom, plus bedrooms two and three, surround the open plan living area that overlooks the kitchen, dining, and casual living space.

Allenby Gardens is located 4km west of the city and 6km east of Grange beach. Both can be accessed easily via the bus-stop which is 100m from the property. As the suburb was founded in 1922, it is known for its large block sizes and character homes. It is a quiet suburb, yet very close to shops on Grange Road and at the Welland Shopping centre. Coombe Road itself is arguably the nicest street in the western suburbs, renown for its wide boulevard and tree-lined footpaths.
