A 200-metre gap within basalt bluffs creates dramatic scenery where waves crash over extensive reefs, rocks, and a distinctive sea stack. This south-facing, 300-metre beach combines sand with basalt cobbles. Offshore reefs reduce wave energy to approximately 0.5 metres before reaching the steep, narrow shoreline. The semi-enclosed bay suits picnicking, rock pool exploration, and fishing, with surf breaking over outer reefs. What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
