Blending rustic charm with modern touches, The Hollows features three separate buildings designed for both comfort and connection to the outdoors. The cosy bedroom cabin, complete with a King bed and its own fireplace, offers a warm, inviting space to unwind. For those seeking a deeper connection with nature, the canvas walls can be rolled back so you can fall asleep surrounded by the sights and sounds of the bush. The bathroom cabin, built with recycled materials, includes a shower and an eco-friendly Norwegian incinerator toilet. After a day of adventure, guests can also enjoy a soak in the separate outdoor bath—perfect with a glass of wine under the stars. The third building is the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop, small oven, sink, BBQ, and a compact gas fridge. Guests planning to bring extra food or drinks may wish to bring an esky for additional storage. One of the standout features of The Hollows is the custom sandstone fireplace—an ideal spot to unwind, toast marshmallows, and take in the breathtaking escarpment views as the sun sets. Expect visits from curious native wildlife and a chorus of local birdlife—many of which call this special place home. Please note that The Hollows is off grid so does not have mains 240V mains power. The lights run off a 12V solar system and there is also a USB socket which can be used to charge devices. Please ensure you bring warm and suitable clothing for glamping, especially during the cold winter months. We also recommend bringing insect repellent particularly during the warmer months.
