The property's glass balustraded balconies overlook the forested Maleny Trail and the Obi Obi River. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two singles, one of which can be configured on request to a king bed to accommodate 7 guests. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The living areas on both floors and the master bedroom are air conditioned. All other rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dish washer, microwave oven and coffee maker. For the first overnight, complimentary light breakfast items including pods for the coffee maker are provided. A cot, high chair, baby change table and child safety gate for the stairs are available on request at no charge. Free internet is available and NETFLIX programs are available on the large TV. There is covered on-site parking for one vehicle and a car space for a second vehicle. Free street parking is also available.
