The Cabin is versatile and accommodating for all types of guests. Families, couples, individuals seeking a time out for self-care, those with pets, people in town for work or business and holiday makers who prefer a little distance away from the hussle and bussle of the Sunshine Coast, but still within 30 minutes to the beach. The property offers ample space for parking up your trailer, jet ski or boat nearby to your own private car parking space. The cabin provides all essentials to make your stay easier, with fresh linen, towels, tea and coffee and all cooking and laundry facilities. The cabin supplies temperature-controlled indoor spaces and also plenty of relaxing outside seating areas. Why not take advantage of the fire pit outside with firewood provided for you! Make use of the books and games available, chill out with Netflix or Kayo and soak up the country feel with some wine and listen to the cows and birds that occupy the surrounds. The cabin offers a washing machine and clothes line, all cooking utensils and gas cooktop for longer stays or head just down the road to various local shops, cafes and pubs that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. There is some highway road noise. We welcome pets, but we ask that we are notified beforehand that pets will be visiting our property.

Our family moved to 40 Bendixen Lane, Woombye, in 2024 after living in Buderim for many years. We wanted more privacy and space for our family (as we grew up out west originally), but still within close distance for work, school and shops. We are a married couple with four active children and even more active German Short-Haired Pointers named Zeus and Susie! We love being outside, camping, motorbike riding and although we live near the beach, we don't visit it all that often but prefer bush walks and swimming holes. We are so excited to have the opportunity to host people in the cabin so they can enjoy our beautiful property as much as we do. We want visiting people, families and pets to feel welcome, relaxed and have fun in the space so close to what the Sunshine Coast has to offer. As hosts, we will make contact upon booking the Cabin to check in what your holiday/stay plans are and if any special requests are required. Guests will be notified one day prior about key collection and check in, which will vary depending on guest needs and availability. Hosts are always contactable via phone if any issues arise.

The cabin is located on spacious green acreage, with neighbours inclusive of cows, chickens and peacocks that like to come visit! We welcome dogs and pets, but are mindful of our neighbours pets too. The cabin is within such a short driving distance to multiple fantastic locations including the Big Pineapple (just 5 mins), Wildlife HZ Zoo, Australia Zoo (30 minuts), Mooloolaba beach (30 minutes) and the famous Ricks Garage at Palmwoods. The cabin is located on quiet and private land for time out and relaxation, but also close to all central and exciting locations.
