Boasting free Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free BBQ facilities, Wine Country Villas is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley. The property is nestled on 25 acres and is less than 5 minutes’ drive from a variety of local wineries. After a day exploring picturesque gardens you can return to your villa and enjoy the tranquil surrounds from your patio. Each air-conditioned villa has a wood fireplace, heating, an entertainment deck and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The living area has a sofa and flat-screen TV . The private bathroom has free toiletries. Your breakfast basket is provided upon arrival and is filled with bacon, eggs and and English muffins for you to cook at your leisure. Wine Country Villas Pokolbin is less than 5 minutes’ drive from Cypress Lakes Golf and Country Club, Pokolbin Estate Wines and Hunter Valley Gardens. Cessnock Aerodrome is 10 minutes’ drive away.

In Real Estate circles they say, 'Location Location Location'. This is true for us. Our location affords us: —a lovely quiet location —within a 5-minute drive of any number of restaurants, wineries, shops and attractions —sweeping views of the Hunter Valley, including the Mount Royal National Park (80 kilometres away). From each villa's deck, guests can also enjoy gorgeous sunsets, over the Brokenback Mountain Range, along with visits from kangaroos and other wildlife in the early morning and evenings. We hope you can come and experience for yourself, very soon!
Our villas have been equipped with keyless entry and we do not operate a reception desk. This means that guests can choose to keep a very low profile, without the need for any face-to-face contact. However, please don't hesitate to say G'day or have a chat. We are only too happy to assist with any issues or questions you may have—about Wine Country Villas or the Hunter Valley in general. The Hunter Valley is a great place to visit, not only for those who enjoy wine or fine dining but also for weddings/ vow renewals, family holidays and romantic getaways. FUN THINGS TO DO Families can enjoy the Hunter Valley Zoo, a Segway Tour, horse riding, the Handmade Hunter Markets, Steam Fest (annual Train show), hot air ballooning, Tiger Moth Adventure flights, the Hunter Valley Gardens with its aqua golf and putt putt course. There are a couple of bicycle hire options, if you'd love to get some fresh air and exercise with the family or your friends. MEALS If 'the cook' is on holidays, families with children are catered for also with many restaurants nearby. DESSERT BAR Speaking of food, the Hunter Valley has its own dessert bar—Sabor in the Hunter Dessert Bar—where those with a sweet tooth can content themselves with sugary delights. There are a couple of savoury options too.
