Your Ocean Oasis in Kilcunda is a beautifully styled two-storey home with multiple living spaces to suit families and friends. Balconies both upstairs and downstairs boast spectacular ocean views of the Bass Coast and country views of the South Gippsland region. Kilcunda is the closest ocean beach to Melbourne, yet only 10 minutes to Phillip Island. It is a well equipped family home, just a short stroll to the beach, including Shelley's beach, the Ocean View Hotel and General Store. If the beach is not what you’re looking for, there is no need to venture away from the house to enjoy country and seaside views, beautiful gardens, and a heated swim spa (heated to 37 degrees). The upstairs living area has large windows that overlook the stunning Bass Coastline. There is a SMART TV and comfy lounges, plus a full-size table tennis table to keep kids and adults entertained for hours. Downstairs, the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area features a wood-fired heater for those cooler evenings (wood supplied). There is also a split system air conditioner, SMART TV and plenty of seating for everyone. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and its views of the countryside will summon you back to bed to relax with a cup of tea, and listen to the sounds of the ocean. It also has a SMART TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed that can be split into two king-single beds (please advise at time of booking how you would like the room configured for your stay). You’ll find the kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you need, including basic pantry items and a coffee pod machine. A BBQ is also available. We supply all bedding and bath towels, please just BYO your beach towels.
