We ask that you please do not hang clothing or towels on the front balcony railing. Use the drying lines in the back. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, bath towels, and washing machine, are free during your stay. We provide a few basic essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like some soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. But please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Lastly, long-term stays are available.
