This is a spacious and cozy one bedroom third floor apartment, consisting of a kitchen , living room , good size double-bed bedroom and a bathroom. Part of a four story residential building in the very centre of the city, on a small quiet street, it is on 50 meters of the sea garden and 150 meters of the main street - Boulevard Bogoridi . The apartment is fully furnished, with all amenities. The apartment can comfortably host 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 kid. Accommodation consist of the following: - fully furnished kitchen (incl. kitchen utensils, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave) - double bed - sofa bed - dining table with four chairs - wardrobe - TV (with most main regional and European channels provided) - WiFi - air conditioning in all rooms - curtains/blinds - external security roller shutters - washing mashine and iron
