The spacious apartment with a balcony and garden view has a heated floor, making a winter stay as comfortable as possible. It also has 2 flat-screen TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Located on the 3rd floor in a premium class Artur Apart Complex, Sv. Vlas, 250 meters from the beach. The complex Artur has an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool, a children's playground, and an indoor swimming pool with an SPA center.

Neighbourhood information

Sveti Vlas is a modern seaside resort, located just 6 kilometers from the largest Black Sea resort Sunny Beach. An amazing view of the ancient town of Nessebar opens up from the Sv. Vlas coast. Golden beaches, picturesque mountain ranges, warm azure sea and numerous cozy bays are an integral part of the beauty and relaxation in the resort of St. Vlas. Fresh air of Balkan mountains mixes with the sea breeze and it is very useful for the treatment of pulmonary diseases. A few kilometers is enough to separate St. Vlas from the usual resort bustle. Unlike Sunny Beach, there is a completely calm and cozy atmosphere of a quiet resort, and numerous restaurants, bars and clubs will offer menus that will pleasantly surprise even the most demanding gourmet. Thanks to well-established transport links, you can easily get to the cities of Nessebar, Burgas and the resort of Sunny Beach. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Burgas Airport.
