Welcome to Sofia! My name is Lucio, and I am Italian. I hope your visit to the Bulgarian capital will be fantastic! I am always trying to improve the flat accommodations and provide guests with the best possible service. I love to travel and share experiences with my guests. I will be at your disposal with all kinds of information about the city and Bulgaria in general.

Property information

Welcome to my flat in the heart of Sofia, just a short distance from the famous Lion’s Bridge! You’ll have a private room with breathtaking panoramic views— one of seven available. The flat also includes a kitchen, four bathrooms, and three showers. Situated on the 7th floor, it offers stunning vistas of Sofia, Vitosha Mountain, and Stara Planina Mountain. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor, and from there, you’ll need to take the stairs for the final two floors. Please note that we do not have a reception. To ensure my availability, please notify me via message or call me 30-40 minutes before your arrival. We’ll meet in front of the building. Thank you in advance! I hope you enjoy your stay!

Neighbourhood information

The flat is very close to the central train station, the central bus station, and the metro station. It’s only a five-minute walk from them and a ten-minute walk from the city center.
