You will be staying in the heart of the city, just steps away from the best restaurants, bars, the central beach and the sea garden. Marrone is a brand new, stylish and modern studio, fully equipped and newly furnished. It is located in a new, apartment building with a locked main entrance and a lift. The place has a bathroom with shower, toilet, mirror and a sink. There's an open kitchen, a dining table for four, a sofa bed, a queen size bed with a nightstand and a wardrobe. This premium place has a unique atmosphere and offers coziness and comfort.

We decorated the place with lots of love and want all our guests to have an enjoyable and memorable stay. As we live in the neighborhood we'll be glad to answer any questions about the area and help our guests have an excellent stay. We divided our 2-bedroom apartment into 1-bedroom apartment Azzurro and Studio - Marrone. Both places have private bathrooms and only the utility room with the washing/dryer machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, iron board and cleaning materials and products are shared between the guests of Azzurro and Marrone. You will have full access to Studio Marrone and shared access to the utility room with the next door apartment Azzurro.

There's great atmosphere in the neighborhood especially in the summer. The best beach in Burgas is here as are the best bars, restaurants, fast food places, festivals and events. There are pharmacies, bakeries, groceries, banks, souvenir and clothing shops, a market and a 24hour mini market just steps away. The area is really lively and buzzing in the summer with bars and restaurants and many events taking place nearby and quieter in the winter. Once you park your car, you will no longer need it as the beach, the best bars and restaurants, shops, festivals, city center, banks, pharmacies, central train station are all within a short walking distance. The area is with on street paid parking Blue and Green zone. You can pay by sending a text, use the machines onsite or with the app Urbo parking.
