Villa Bella is a stylish boutique guesthouse, partially renovated in 2022. The villa is located in the villa zone of Balchik, just 200 meters from the sea. The nearest beach is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. From the villa, you can also walk to Dambata – Balchik’s picturesque pedestrian promenade with numerous cafes and bars. Villa Bella has three floors. On the first floor, you will find our boutique tavern and a fully equipped kitchen. The tavern has 12 seats, a fireplace, a TV, and a bar. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need – plates, glasses, cutlery, and cookware. In front of the dining area is our well-maintained garden, decorated with hand-painted artworks by a local Balchik artist. Under the dense shade of the grapevines, there are two leisure tables. In the yard, you will also find a large charcoal grill and a summer kitchen with a sink, hotplates, and an electric grill. The bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms – one with a private bathroom, while the other two form an apartment with a shared corridor and bathroom. This floor also features a large terrace with a beautiful view of Balchik and Cape Kaliakra. On the third floor are the newly built bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooms share a large terrace with stunning sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa also has a laundry area. In front of the villa, there is free parking available for cars.

Villa Bella is located in the picturesque “Ovcharski Beach” villa area, situated within the municipality of Balchik. Guests of the villa particularly appreciate the peace and privacy, as well as the quick access to the beach, which is just a short walk away. One of the main attractions in the area is the Balchik Botanical Garden, which is among the most visited sites in the region. Nearby is also the palace of the Romanian Queen Marie, renowned for its unique architecture and fascinating history. Another advantage of the location is its proximity to the resorts of Albena and Golden Sands, where guests can enjoy a more active nightlife and a variety of entertainment facilities. The area also offers numerous restaurants where visitors can taste traditional Bulgarian cuisine and fresh seafood. Balchik is also famous for its cozy fish restaurants along the coast, offering breathtaking sunset views. For history and culture enthusiasts, the local museums provide an excellent opportunity to explore the region’s rich cultural heritage. You can visit the Balchik Historical Museum, which tells the story of the town and its surroundings, as well as galleries showcasing works by local artists. A tip for visitors: the area is ideal for peaceful walks, but don’t forget to try the local wines produced in the vineyards around Balchik, which are well-known for their quality.
