We have a kettle, sandwich maker, oven, blender, microwave, water dispenser, coffee maker, high-quality pots and dishes, washing machine and dryer, and more. Our bedroom features a high-quality pocket spring mattress, high-thread-count pure cotton towels and sheets, super silent air conditioning, and noise-reducing and blackout curtains. Our bathroom has hot water, a hairdryer, a hygienic toilet seat, and we provide hotel shampoo and soap :) Our balcony has a table and chairs for that wine at sunset or breakfast at sunrise, with a view of the city dawn. Our building has excellent facilities, including a semi-Olympic pool, game room, spa, mini-market, laundry, co-working and meeting rooms, and sports courts. Our sofa bed is designed for a third guest for just a few nights, without compromising on comfort. Every detail has been carefully considered. Located in the Edson Queiroz neighborhood, we are just 1 minute from Avenida Washington Soares, 2 minutes from the Clóvis Beviláqua Forum, 3 minutes from the Ceará Events Center, Uni7, and Unifor, and 5 minutes from the Iguatemi Shopping Center. The nearest beaches are Praia de Iracema (18 minutes) and Praia do Futuro (13 minutes). Our apartment is on the eleventh floor, with a safety net on the balcony and a full view of the pool and horizon, including the sand dunes and the ocean in the background, and a stunning view of the Cocó Ecological Park. App-based transportation is always fast and super cheap. We also have a bus stop at the building's entrance and a rotating garage with more than 500 spaces. Our building has excellent infrastructure, with a semi-Olympic pool, game room, spa, minimarket, laundry, co-working and meeting rooms, and sports courts. We accept some pets, depending on size and breed, as the studio may be unsuitable for some types of animals. Our reservations have a flexible cancellation policy, and we can negotiate fees for pets and extra guests.
