Nasz dom jest jedynym domem w Guajiru który ma niezasłonięty innymi budynkami widok na plażę na kilka kilometrów . Przestrzeń i bezpośredni dostęp do plaży tworzą wyjątkową atmosferę do wypoczynku. Naturalne baseny jakie tworzą się na plaży dają możliwość spędzania bezpiecznie czasu w wodzie , zwłaszcza dla dzieci. Duży ogród daje dużo prywatności. Duży przestronny salon z dwoma rozkładanymi kanapami pozwala na odpoczynek i wspólne spędzanie czasu z rodziną i przyjaciółmi . Jazda z trzech sypialni posiada własną łazienkę co daje dużo prywatności. Jest to też idealne miejsce dla osób które chcą uprawiać kitesurfing. Latawce można startować bezpośrednio przed domem a do plaży jest tylko 50 m. Każdy znajdzie tu dla siebie idealne miejsce do zabawy i wypoczynku.
