According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per apartment. Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 10 kilos and a measurement up to 40 cm from paws to shoulders. Presentation of vaccination card is required.

Please note that CHD free condition is not valid for All Inclusive board. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers 24 hours, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
