IMPORTANT: - NOTE: The grills (1 in the pool area and 2 on the 5th floor) are available by reservation through the app, with a usage fee. - NOTE: The laundry is available without reservation, with a usage fee for OMO. - NOTE: The ambient-temperature pool (not heated), gym, and game room are available without reservation and at no additional charge. - NOTE: The property has parking spaces that are not suitable for trucks. GENERAL RULES: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Check-out: by 11:00 AM - If any issue arises requiring the host to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply. - Extra bedding/towels and cleaning services are requested and paid separately directly with Seazone. - Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is prohibited. - No smoking allowed. - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to fines. - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Any violation of condominium or neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including any fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and replacement of bed linens and towels during the period. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with bed linens for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
