Each unit follows strict quality standards in strategic locations — near beaches, shopping centers, local businesses, and transportation — offering a range of options from budget-friendly to high-end. During the stay, the team offers fast and human support — available remotely and in person when needed, with service hours from 8 AM to 10 PM and 24-hour emergency assistance. Prime Location: just 200 meters from the beach, close to bakeries, markets, and restaurants. After a day of leisure or work, it’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy coffee on the balcony, and take in Vila Velha’s calm seaside atmosphere. Residential Condominium: visitors, parties, pets, and commercial activities are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The rate is calculated per person per night.
