IMPORTANT: - OBS: Construction work in the ground-floor shops, mezzanine, rooftop, apartments being furnished, and a building next door may cause noise. We kindly ask for your understanding during this period. - OBS: We inform you that, starting on 10/27, the pool will be closed for maintenance, expected to last up to 3 days. During this period, only the use of the pool will be suspended; the deck and other areas will remain available. - OBS: The swimming pool is available free of charge for guests, from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm. - OBS: The game room, playground, and kids’ playroom are available free of charge, operating from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. - OBS: The property offers covered and rotating parking spaces (suitable for pickup trucks). GENERAL RULES: - Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm; - Check-out: until 11:00 am; - If any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 pm, a convenience fee will be charged. - Extra bed/bath linen and cleaning services must be requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm to 07:00 am; - Any breach of condominium/neighborhood rules will be the guest’s responsibility, including applicable fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged, covering a new cleaning service and replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay. * The cleaning included in the rate is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with bed sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested at half the cleaning fee cost.
