Please note, guests must present the Booking.com’s confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note, we charge for parking R$38.00 per day.

Cleaning Fee:

We are committed to providing our guests booked in non-smoking apartments with an odor-free environment. A fee equivalent to one night's room rate will be charged if a cigarette smell is detected during the cleaning of the apartment. This amount will be used to perform intensive cleaning after check-out, which will result in the apartment being blocked for at least one day. Thank you for your understanding.

Full Board includes non-alcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks and natural juices only during meals.

Please note that more than 10 rooms are considered as group reservation, and group reservations are subject to advance payment or cancellation by the hotel.
