Welcome to our bright and modern 888 sq ft condo in Edmonton’s beautiful Windermere community. Our home is designed to give guests a comfortable, relaxing stay with thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy free parking, in-suite laundry, BLAZING FAST fibre WiFi, a 65” Samsung 4K TV in the living room, and a 42” LG TV with full cable in the guest room. A collapsible desk offers a great workspace for business travelers. Self check-in is smooth and secure with our Schlage Smart Lock. Your personal 4-digit code will work for the entire stay. For added peace of mind, we also have a Fluent Home alarm system and a keypad lock on the guest bedroom door. Being a corner main-floor unit, the condo includes a spacious wrap-around patio with a gas barbecue that guests love. We live onsite in the master bedroom with our friendly dog Lucy. We truly enjoy hosting and keeping a calm, clean, and welcoming home for the wonderful guests who stay with us. A few important requirements to help us maintain a peaceful environment: • Government-issued photo ID must be shown in person at check-in. • Guests must be sober at arrival and throughout their stay. We do not allow intoxication or excessive alcohol use in our home. • No smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is permitted inside the home or on the property. • No unregistered visitors are allowed at any time. • Quiet, respectful behaviour is expected, as this is our primary residence. • A brief in-person welcome is required before access is provided. • We reserve the right to decline check-in if these requirements are not met.
