Things to note: • Sound Sensitivity Our building is residential, so now and then, you might hear daily life, footsteps, voices, or movement, from surrounding condos. It’s totally normal. • Guests will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment, as there’s no elevator available. The stairs are a bit narrow, but very manageable—just something to keep in mind when arriving or departing. While the stairwell may not have a handrail, taking your time will make the walk up easy and safe. • Pets are allowed upon request. Please note that pit bulls are not allowed at this property. • If you're planning to shop online during your stay, please note that we cannot guarantee successful delivery to the unit. We suggest avoiding online orders during your visit to avoid delays or missed packages. • Optional Cleaning During Stay For guests staying 7 nights+, mid-stay cleaning is available for an extra charge. Advance booking (24–48 hours) is required, and guests need to vacate the unit while service is in progress.
