This is a bright and spacious basement suite with free parking on site. It is perfect for couples and small family. Kitchenette: You'll find a Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods , a toast oven, a microwave, a small fridge, and a small pantry with essential dinning utensils for your convenience. Dining Area: A cottage dining table with seating for four. Living Room: Equipped with a 50" Samsung smart TV, a comfortable sofa (which is also a pull-out queen -size sofa bed) and an armchair. Bedroom: Rest peacefully in our bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed featuring a 10" memory foam mattress. If you need to catch up on work, a small desk with a chair is provided. For your clothing and storage needs, there's a convenient walk-in closet. Washroom: Our full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guest access We live in a peaceful, family friendly neighborhood. This basement suite is accessed by a private entrance of the side door of our garage. Self check-in is available. Details of check-in guidance will be provided before 24 hours of arrival. Interaction with guests The host family live on site, so they can response to guest quickly through Airbnb inbox or other means. Other details to note Please be aware we live upstairs and some noise could be expected even we respect the space and are generally try to minimize any noise it may have. Washing machine and dryer are not located in the unit but we can do the laundry for our guests if needed. Just let us know.
