We’re Jennifer and Tristan—West Coast transplants who love nature, good food, community, and creating warm, welcoming spaces for others. When we aren’t working or exploring new trails, we’re usually running after our energetic five-year-old, trying new recipes, or dreaming up our next home project. Jennifer is happiest when she’s on a trail with her kid, reading a good book, or finding new ways to create calm and cozy spaces. Tristan is a tool enthusiast, casual cyclist, four-wheel-drive adventurer, and the go-to problem-solver in our household. He loves a good whiskey at the end of the day, and discovering new places to explore as a family. Together, we enjoy simple, meaningful things: exploring beaches and forests, sharing good food, and spending time with family and friends.

Colwood is an established West Shore community that’s currently seeing new investment and development. As you explore the area, you’ll notice a mix of older, well-lived-in homes alongside newly built or recently updated properties, as well as some ongoing construction nearby.
