It's centrally located and close to everything - Vancouver's must-see attractions, public transits, restaurants, and shopping. * Our 700 sq ft 2-story unit has all privacy you required, it is the ideal location for your stay, whether you’re on a weekend getaway or a business trip. * We have two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. * We have two queen size beds and one double size sofabed. * We have stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, kettle, all cooking wares and utensils, etc. * We have Washer and Dryer, iron, and full size ironing board, drying rack/stand. * We also have essential cooking ingrediencies, pasta, snack, K-cup pods, tea bags, bottle water, and Brita® Bottle Filters Pitcher, etc. * The whole unit has HRV system, Radiant floor heating system with temperature control, and Sprinkler system throughout. * Free street parking * Smart TV with Netflix premium subscription * High speed WIFI.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. What Linens are included? – We provide all cotton linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, body wash, and lotion. Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing pot, and laundry detergent are also provided. Additionally, you can also find extra paper towels and other supplies in the top of the cabinet of the Kitchen. 3. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check-in for 50% of the daily rate. 4. What type of unit is this one? This is a brand new laneway house. You have your own entrance and private space. Grandma lives in the next door and has her own entrance from the west side. 5. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 400 Mbps. The service is very reliable and the mesh Wi-Fi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We also have back up Wi-Fi connection account to ensure no issues for those guests that are traveling for work and doing their work from home.
Kerrisdale, a lovely west side wonder, is a friendly and family-based neighborhood, labeled as Vancouver’s most charming community.
