Enjoy waterfront living at this peaceful and centrally located getaway. You will have beach access with a large dock on a lovely clear lake that’s great for swimming. We are close to Picton, Bloomfield and Wellington. Note: Due to seasonal water flucuations. The dock and Kayaks may not be available until mid June. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Liability Waiver:
 You understand that swimming, and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming & using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming & use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless.
If you require help, advise or assistance during your stay the owners are very responsive. Just call or send a text. Otherwise we will respect your privacy.
Centrally located close to many wineries. We are located 15 minutes from Wellington with its many fine restaurants, tim Hortons, gas station and a laundrymat. We are 25 minutes from Picton and also the local hospital. We are 30 minutes from Sandbanks and 20 minutes fro North Beach.

This is common in the springtime usually before june 21 the first day of summer.

Dock is taken down approx. November 1st of each year.

Due to high winds please request addional patio furniture and chairs if required.

When the dock is not installed we store them in the garage.
