Snow-covered slopes, beautiful fall colors, and sun-splashed beaches are all mere minutes from this condo in the North Creek Resort complex on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort! Enjoy a private deck, an electric fireplace to cozy up to each evening, and shared facilities that include a seasonal pool and tennis courts - all only steps from the chair lift and ski runs. This condo is located in North Creek Resort, a complex that's less than a quarter-mile from the base of the Weider Express High-Speed Lift at Blue Mountain Resort. The free resort shuttle bus stops outside the complex, connecting you to charming Blue Mountain Village (less than a mile south) and its plentiful shops and restaurants. In the summer months, the property is one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (an excellent spot for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding), one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses), and 20 miles west of Wasaga Beach. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Charcoal is not provided for the shared charcoal grill. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
