CITQ #305395 The perfect cozy 2 bedroom house (3 beds), with a small lush yard, a hot tub and a rooftop terrasse. All this is in the perfect location. Only one block away from everything; restaurants, shops, bus, bike rentals and the beautiful St-Charles river with a path that leads to Old Quebec. You even have your own parking! It’s a real hidden gem! CITQ #305395
We rent out our family home in the summer and once school starts up in September we move back into town. We work close to the rental house, Tuesdays through Thursdays. So we can be of assistance at the house with advanced notice. Otherwise, we are only a message text or call away). Your comfort in our home is essential for us.
On foot or by bike (the rental station is 2 streets away) will allow you to discover everything in our beautiful surroundings. There is also easy bus access which is at the corner of the street or you can use your car (private parking included) or taxi / huber. Everything is possible, easy and fun to explore.
