Phone is the most immediate way to reach us and office hours are 10-4pm. Outside that time, please call or text if you need help and the answer can't be found in the welcome book. I am the local, Tofino based host that you may have chatted with. Please call or text if you have any comments or concerns. Our business hours are from 10am-5pm.
