🏠 Addison House Cottage is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We kindly ask that all guests respect the neighbourhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours. Parties are strictly prohibited. 🏡 House Rules: ✅ As required by Niagara-on-the-Lake bylaws, all guests must complete the Guest Registry Form. (We’ll send you a QR code link to complete it.) 🚫 Please be quiet and respectful to neighbours. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. 🚫 No unregistered or extra guests allowed. 🚫 No loud noise or parties; Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. 🚫 No smoking, candles, open flames or BBQ grill for safety concerns 🚫 No electric vehicle charging on the property. 🚫 The town of NOTL and we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the cottage without any refund if there is a disturbance or complaint received.
