Speciale Home is a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley. The house is also suitable for athletes and sports enthusiasts with bobsleighs and sleds, as the garage allows for the use and storage of this equipment. This option is available only upon prior agreement between our agency and the guest, to ensure the best organization of the stay. Upon request, it is also possible to bring a pet, provided it is covered by insurance and after agreement with our agency.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, accessible via stairs from the main entrance, and develops entirely on a single level. The interior offers spacious and well-organized spaces, perfect for welcoming families or groups of friends. The living room and dining room are united in a single bright and convivial environment, furnished with a large dining table and overlooking a wide balcony that offers a splendid view of the Engadine mountains. The kitchen, separated from the living area, is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and also includes a practical raised snack table with stools for four people, perfect for breakfasts or moments of relaxation. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: a triple room with a bunk bed and a single bed, a double room with single beds, and a welcoming and well-lit double bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet, and sink, the other more spacious, equipped with a bathtub with shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet, thus offering comfortable solutions for every need. To complete the offer, there are two parking spaces, one in the garage and one external, a ski storage and access to the communal laundry, available for guests.
