Welcome to the Edelweiss Holiday Apartment Bellavita. This luxurious chalet apartment is stylishly furnished and features a spacious living room, where you will find, in addition to a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, plenty of books, DVDs, and board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and stove, as well as a Nespresso capsule machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and a fondue & raclette set. The large balcony, which runs along the entire length of the apartment, invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The apartment has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), two double bedrooms, and a fifth room with two bunk beds, as well as two additional separate bathrooms. In the neighboring building, a sauna and steam room are available for shared use for a fee (coin-operated). A washing machine and dryer are also available for free shared use. Please note that only one underground parking space is available for the apartment. Any additional cars must be parked in paid parking facilities in Flims. The underground parking space, Wi-Fi, and utilities (heating, electricity, water) are included. Bed linen and towels, final cleaning, as well as all taxes and VAT are also included in the total price. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted.

The Bellavita apartment is located above Flims, in the Prau Giosch district. In winter, if snow conditions are good, there is a ski run right next to the house that takes you directly to the Flims cable cars. The bus stop, Flims Dorf, Val Tgiern (operating only during the winter season), is a 7-minute walk away. In summer, you can explore the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails that lead to some of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region.
