Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

Property information

The apartment can host up to for 5 people. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with two single beds + one pull-out bed. Living room with dining area and open kitchen with electric stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Balcony with deck chairs. Walk-in closet at the entrance. One parking space in the garage. During the opening periods of the Hotel Europa, guests of our apartment have access to the hotel services: swimming pool, spa, gym and restaurant services (for a fee). The apartment is directly connected to the hotel. Hotel Europa will be closed from 12/10/2025 to 04/12/2025.
