The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds perfect for children) and a bathroom with bathtub. In the living room there are two extra beds, TV, Wifi and access to the balcony with a view of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics equipment as well as a set for fondue and raclette. Moreover a dishwasher and a nespresso machine. The price includes the bed linen, towels and a small kitchen set-up (towel, tabs for the dishwasher, cleaning liquid, cleaning cloths, 2 garbage bags). During the winter season, guests can use the swimming pool, wellness facilities, fitness center, and ski shuttle at the adjacent hotel free of charge during their opening hours. The hotel is closed during the summer season. The hotel is for adults only. In summer you can reach the large, very well-kept hiking area directly from the house or with the free bus (2 stops in 10 minutes) and use all cable cars and tourist facilities with the "Arosa Card all inclusive". A few minutes away is the wonderful natural swimming pool on the Untersee, the "Badi".
