The two villas were build initially to secure the land as the land was inherited and in the Cook Islands, you have 5 years to build on your land. Because of the amazing views, it was decided to elevate the villas to make the most out of the location. Great home away from home, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, right on the beach, not far from town.

The Villas are situated on the beach side, one slightly forward than the other. Great beach for exploring and finding shells, etc. Tide can vary at different times of day, but you pretty much have the beach all to yourself, apart from the neighbours kids in the summer and the fishermen in the evenings. There is a shop called the Convenience Store which has mostly dry and frozen groceries, not much difference in price compared to other shops around the island, so good value, lots of selection of drinks - alcoholic options also available. Or TEMS store is a short walk away and pretty well stocked The closest restaurants are Tamarind House and Trader Jacks - both excellent restaurants, plus the Auditorium is not far and they have fitness classes during the day, It also has a library and museum. Town is a twenty minute walk away, so totally doable as well - it would be best to hire a rental car or scooter from town as easy to drop off after use. Free phone calls from the villa (local and cell phones) if needed as most tours pick up from the main road.
