We are a family from Munich who have realized our dream of owning our own small lodge in Chile. After traveling the world for many years, we now want to offer guests from all over the world what we have always enjoyed most when traveling. Here, sensational views, well-being, and personal contact are our top priorities. In keeping with the name of our lodge, “Karibuni,” which means “welcome” in the African language Kiswahili, we would like to extend a warm welcome to our guests. Our goal and motivation is to make every day the best of your vacation.
Explorers will also find plenty to enjoy here. Within a two-hour radius, you can explore four national parks, eight volcanoes, 15 hot springs, numerous lakes, lagoons, rivers, waterfalls, and the beautiful Pacific coast with sea lions, seals, and penguins. The outdoor metropolis of Pucon is only 43 km away. The town of Villarrica, with its restaurants and cafés, can be reached in 20 minutes. The nearest airport is in Temuco, only 68 km away.
