We are a family buisness, starting to invitate Tourists to our wonderful part of the world. Along side the Tourism we are working on the countryside with lifestock and agriculture. If interested we welcome our Tourists to get to know the traditional and modern way of life in Patagonia.

Turismo Vientos del Sur offers two fully equiped cabins for our guest. We are located in Mallin Grande which is in 80km distance of Chile Chico and only 30 km away from Puerto Guadal. Our main cabin has room for a group until 13 persons and is located about 4km inside our property at the beautiful shores of a lonely private lake, in which we invite you to go fishing. Furthermore there are various paths for hiking or horsebackriding with spektakular views on the Lake General Carrera. Our second cabin has room for 10 persons and lies next to the Street CH-265, about 1km away from the village Mallin Grande, surrounded by the impressive Maiten-trees, with view on the mountains and pampa. As well we offer turistic services such as horsebackriding, fishing and tours to the Capillas de Marmol or the Circuito Cueva de las Manos in the nationalreserve Lago Jeinimeni.

The surrouding is really peaceful and lonely. There are a lot of possibilities to hike or go on a horseback riding trip. As well you can go fishing or if you like swimming in the lagunas, although they're quite cold. About one kilometer down the Ruta there is the little and charming village of Mallin Grande with a nice square in the center and two little shops to buy food. Here you can find gauchos riding by and people drinking the traditional mate in front of their door, enjoying the quiet life. By car or bus you can visit the nearby village of Puerto Guadal, which lies in a little bay at the General Carrera Lake. Here you can find a few shops to buy little souvenirs and a gas station, if you are travelling with your own car. There is no or just little phone signal or internet, so this is the place to let go of the daily routine and feel nature again. Here in the heart of Patagonia.
