El edificio está ubicado en primera linea de playa. La playa cuenta con sombrillas y sillas para los huéspedes sin costo adicional. El apartamento está ubicado en el 8 piso, 3 habitaciones, cuatro baños todos con ducha, calentador de agua, habitación principal con vista al mar. Balcón amplisímo con vista al mar, sillas y asoleadoras ideal para reunirse a pasar el rato y relajarse con el sonido del mar, la vista, disfrutar los atardeceres samareos. En la playa y en las piscinas tenemos servicio de bar para que pueda disfrutar de deliciosos coctecles y refrescos para los niños. Tenemos restaurante en el piso 18 y en el primer piso y un minimercado. Los esperamos!!!
Nos esmeramos por hacer de la estadía del huésped lo más tranquila y placentera posible. Santa Marta es un lugar hermoso con sitios históricos y naturales espectaculares como la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, plena de playas y bahías que invitan a descansar y si cuenta con espítitu aventurero, disfrutar de los toures por la sierra a las pueblos indígenas, bucear en Taganga o en cualquier otro lugar dispuesto para ello, hacer el paseo por el río en Palomino a una hora de Santa Marta, demasiado que disfrutar y poco tiempo para poder cubrir todas las actividades.
El edificio está ubicado en Playa Salguero o Rodadero Sur, rodeado por edificios de la misma categoría, recien construídos en un vencindario tranquilo y elegante. Se puede caminar más de 3 kilómetros de playa desde el edificio.
