Virksomhedsoplysninger
Xarm Apartments was founded in 2010 in the beautiful city of Santa Marta, Colombia, by Sandra and Ángel, two Spaniards who fell deeply in love with this corner of the Caribbean and wanted to share with the world the magic that captivated them: its light, its people, and its natural charm.
With more than 50 properties in different regions of Colombia, we have managed more than 30,000 reservations and welcomed more than 110,000 guests from over 100 countries. Our mission is simple and profound: to create unique experiences that make every traveler feel at home, combining friendly service, inspiring design, and attention to detail.
Our passion for decoration leads us to constantly seek out new trends and styles, integrating natural materials, soft tones, and warm textures that convey calm and balance. Each space is lovingly designed to inspire and awaken emotions. We believe that places tell stories, and each of our properties has its own voice.
After years of experience in multinational companies, we apply the same standards of excellence, organization, and professionalism, but with the human touch that defines our understanding of hospitality. At Xarm Apartments we believe that perfection lies not in rigidity, but in authenticity and the love with which things are done.
We operate apartments, villas, and boutique hotels in Santa Marta, La Guajira, and Filandia, each with its own personality, design, and local essence. We combine modern comfort, careful aesthetics, and Colombian spirit, creating homes that invite you to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
Our team is warm, attentive, and friendly, focused on offering genuine and kind service, but above all, in love with Santa Marta and everything this city has to offer.
Welcome to Xarm Apartments, where hospitality is lived with the heart and every stay feels like coming home.

Perla truly lives up to its name: a hidden gem in the Bay of Santa Marta, featuring a private open-sky pool that serves as the true heart of the apartment. Restored by an architect who worked on the renovation of the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá, this space combines tropical design, local craftsmanship and thoughtful architecture. Every arch, texture and warm light comes together to create an intimate, elegant and deeply authentic refuge.
Entering from the Santa Marta Waterfront, a curved wooden arch leads to a private oasis that delights every guest: a deep-blue pool surrounded by tropical plants, whitewashed walls and natural light. Everything happens here—conversation, rest, cooking and enjoying the Caribbean breeze in total privacy.
The apartment offers two en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a spacious bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a rainfall shower and hot water, warm boutique-style lighting and curved wooden doors that add beauty and harmony. These are spaces designed for deep rest and complete disconnection.
The social area flows around the water: an open living room with built-in sofas, a charming swing facing the pool, a wooden dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for short or long stays. The apartment also features high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, an iron, a hairdryer and carefully selected details that ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.
Perla is located along the seafront, where local life, colonial history and the newly restored Waterfront blend naturally. Just steps away you’ll find Bolívar Park, Casa de la Aduana, and some of the city’s best cafés and restaurants such as Lulo, Agua del Río, Shio, Serena Bistro, Casa Magdalena and Guásimo, as well as local shops and vibrant rooftops.
