As well as local favorites such as playa Bejuco and playa Esterillos. Our cozy cottage is located in a typical Tico town and gives you the chance to escape tourist areas whilst keeping you in traveling distance to many favorites. The nearest town, Parrita offers many amenities and restaurants.

We are a young family from Hamilton , Ontario Canada. However I was born in Costa Rica and my wife was born in Wales U.K. We have two young kids and have lots of family in both countries. We have visited Costa Rica on a regular basis and have become familiar with the way of life in some aspects and have now since bought our own little spot on the Pacific Ocean side in Puntarenas. My parents have two air bnb's on our family coffee farm which is located in Navarro which is a small town in the central valley of Cartago.

Guests like that its a quiet, safe, family orientated local neighborhood. Neighborhood has a Pura Vida feel which allows for a great place to escape and relax after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. Located in between two major tourist beach locations just 30 minutes each way are Playa Jaco and Manuel Antonio Nacional Park. However there are many hidden gems just 10 to 15 minutes away as well which are considered hidden gems such as Playa Bejuco and Esterillos. In addition there is the famous Rainmaker Park which is great for people looking to take a break from the beach life and do some hiking and swim in waterfalls. This location has much to offer on top of what has been mentioned and of course has many restaurants in the area with local cuisine in which to enjoy.
