After living in the UK, my move to Larnaca was a dream come true. I would like to take the pleasure in introducing you to this picturesque town which I call home and offers so much culture and beautiful coastlines. I want to warmly welcome you to our beautifully renovated apartment in an up and coming area in Larnaca along the Dhekelia road, so that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. Located in Larnaca on the Dhekelia road, the apartment is on the first floor directly overseeing the beach. It is a comfortable and spacious 3 bedroomed apartment with 2 bathrooms which was recently renovated to give it a fresh and modern look. The kitchen area is open spaced with the living room and has a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen area. The living area has 2 sofas and flat screen TV which leads out to the balcony overlooking the sea. On the balcony there is an outdoor dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise. Alternatively you can also enjoy your evening meal with a glass of wine and the feel of the fresh sea breeze. The 2 bedrooms have king-size beds and are tastefully decorated, the main bedroom also has a TV in the wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunk beds and an ensuite shower/toilet. All bed linen is provided. The main bathroom also has a walk in shower and towels are provided. Within walking distance is Oroklini beach(750metres) and Yanathes beach(1.5km). Across the road you can find a mini market, pharmacy, bakery and ATM machine. Restaurants are also in close proximity and Oroklini village is 3km away where you can find local taverns/restaurants serving traditional foods i.e Cypriot meze and souvlaki. Free parking is available at the front of the apartment block. The nearest bus stop is on the main road directly in front of the apartment block. If you want to head into Larnaca town centre and Finikoudes promenade (8km away) then you need bus number 425, this bus also takes you to Larnaca InternationaL Airport (10km). Other places of interest are Europe Square (5.3km), Larnaca Marina, St Lazarus Church, the Salt Lake and Hala Sultan Tekke. This first floor apartment is accessible by stairs or elevator. Additionally, it includes essential amenities such as air conditioning and high speed Wifi to make you stay as comfortable as possible.

The apartment is located directly on the beach on Dhekelia road which is 8km from larnaca town centre. in very close proximity you can find a mini market, pharmacy, bakery and ATM machine. Jumbo multi store is 1.5km away and there is also a McDonalds directly next to it. Restaurants within walking distance include Gregory's, Pelagos and Blue Wave. We also have a Caffe Nero (2km) and other coffee shops along the Dhekelia road.
