We are a team. 3 persons to assists and respond to your concerns. Mikis (property owner), Lanie and Marina (english speaking and russian speaking helpers), reachable at all time. It is our pleasure to have you in our place, and will do our best to make your stay comfortable.

Property information

This apartment is a SMALL (26sq.meter) Studio without balcony. Suitable only for 2 persons. There are basic kitchen wares and small appliances, Washer and Fridge. The flat is in the 4th floor of the building. Couples with infant are welcome though we cannot provide cot/crib or any baby's stuff. It is in the best location. Near to beaches, restaurants and Bus stops. ATM and Car Rentals are in the area and many more. The outdoor swimming pool is Seasonal. Opens from May - November. Exact date will be decided by the Complex management.

Neighbourhood information

A peaceful neighborhood. Many local shops and tavern to enjoy. There is fresh seafoods market few meters away. Where fishermen sell their catch straight from their boats.
