Our main focus is on short term holiday rentals which require more time and attention, however provide property owners better security and annual yield from their investment. Our portfolio not only consists of properties for our clients, but also of our own, therefore as owners we understand the property market from both perspectives. BMG is owned by Mario who lives in Limassol with his family. Having spent over 20 years in London, he considers himself an English Cypriot and therefore professionalism and hospitality come naturally to him. Because of his love for travelling and meeting new people he knows how important it is to feel welcome when guests arrive, therefore he always does his utmost to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Located in the heart of Limassol, opposite a beautiful sandy beach with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea, Thalassa Sea View Suite is the perfect location for those looking for a holiday that combines relaxation on the beach whilst being close to many attractions and amenities all around. The word 'Thalassa' meaning sea in Greek and being directly opposite to the sea was the inspiration for the name of the apartment and guests will feel that as soon as they arrive. This apartment has been fully refurbished recently to a very high standard making guests feel welcome in their luxurious surroundings. Thalassa Sea View Suite benefits from a large living room, separate bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Some of the perks of the apartment: Free Wi-Fi and air-con, Amazon Echo, Satellite TV channels, flat screen TV, coded entry system (no keys or keycard needed), Nespresso coffee machine, hand-soap, fresh towels and bed sheets, large built in cupboard and chest of drawers, walk-in shower area, oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine and large balcony with outdoor seating.
